There is absolutely no event parking permitted near the home. ALL guests must park offsite. If you live locally we suggest taking an Uber. Public parking lots at nearby Griffith Park may also be considered as an Uber pick up location. We are not responsible for the security or safety of your vehicle, please follow all local parking ordinances.
Start Time & Duration
Guest will be invited to join us in 60 or 90 minute (depending on your ticket type) time blocks commencing with your corresponding tour start time. Photography is allowed ONLY in certain areas of the home which will be pointed out to you by your guide. Tour groups will consist of 15 guests, (20 on nighttime tours) Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to make up what they missed on the by joining a later tour, (no exceptions will be made).

This is a rare and sought after opportunity to set foot in the beautifully preserved estate of one of the most celebrated men in entertainment history. The iconic 12-room estate combines elements of Tudor and French Normandy styles and includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a screening room, a gym room with sleeping porch, and a pool and pool house, among other details.

The tour will begin with a brief presentation in Walt’s private screening room of some of the iconic films produced while living in the home (1932 – 1950). The family would typically gather in the screening room to watch movies and dailies from Disney’s studio on Hyperion Avenue just down the hill.
Following the presentation, you’ll be treated to a 30 minute tour of the historic residence, listen to some of the ghost stories associated with the property and get a peek at what life was like for Walt and his family as they resided in the home for nearly two decades.

This is a 60-minute experience. Photography is allowed ONLY in certain areas of the home which will be pointed out to you by your guide. Tour groups will consist of 20 guests. IMPORTANT PARKING DETAILS:
The house is located on a hill with a steep winding street and very limited neighborhood parking. If you live locally we suggest taking an Uber. Public parking lots at nearby Griffith Park might also be considered as an Uber pick-up location. We are not responsible for the security or safety of your vehicle, please follow all local parking ordinances.
Under no circumstances are private vehicles allowed to drive up the driveway to the house for drop off. All guests must disembark at the gated entrance on sidewalk level and walk up the driveway. Please wear comfortable shoes, the steep driveway is composed of brick pavers. This is a private residence and is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.

Upon arrival, guests will be ushered into the outdoor courtyard featuring stunning views overlooking the Los Angeles skyline for cocktails and light refreshments. Following cocktails, you will move into Walt’s private screening room for a brief presentation of some of the iconic films produced while living in the home (1932 – 1950). The family would typically gather in the screening room to watch movies and dailies from Disney’s studio on Hyperion Avenue just down the hill.
Next you’ll , embark on a 40 minute candlelight tour of the historic haunted residence, learn of shocking and macabre tales and ghostly phenomena associated with the property and the surrounding neighborhood as well as get a peek at what life was like for Walt and his family as they resided in the home for nearly two decades.
