ACCESSABILITY
All guests must be able to navigate stairs comfortably as there are many on this tour. This is a historic private residence and is not wheelchair accessible.

This is a rare and sought after opportunity to set foot in the beautifully preserved estate of one of the most celebrated men in entertainment history. The iconic 12-room estate combines elements of Tudor and French Normandy styles and includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a screening room, a gym room with sleeping porch, and a pool and pool house, among other details.
Ghosts and Legends of Walt’s Real Haunted Mansion – 1.5hr tour $150
Get the best of both worlds. Learn of the home’s famous former occupants and its fantastic history as well as its current other-worldly occupants. From sensational LA tragedies, to the Sowden House with its ties to the Black Dahlia, to the spectral figures seen in Griffith park just behind the property. Few neighborhoods in Los Angeles have a more ghoulish history. Apart from being the prominent estate of entrepreneur and beloved filmmaker Walt Disney, it is also the former residence of the victims of an infamous Hollywood tragedy.
All Hallow’s Eve Spirits & Spirits Experience – 2.45hr tour $240
This nearly 2.45hr experience features cocktails and light refreshments on the back veranda of the Disney Estate with stunning views of Los Feliz and Downtown LA.

There is absolutely no event parking permitted near the home. ALL guests must park offsite. If you live locally we suggest taking an Uber. Public parking lots at nearby Griffith Park may also be considered as an Uber pick up location. We are not responsible for the security or safety of your vehicle, please follow all local parking ordinances.

Guest will be invited to join us in 60 or 90 minute (depending on your ticket type) time blocks commencing with your corresponding tour start time. Photography is allowed ONLY in certain areas of the home which will be pointed out to you by your guide. Tour groups will consist of 15 guests. Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to make up what they missed on the by joining a later tour, (no exceptions will be made).

Under no circumstances are tickets refundable or transferable to other dates.
Under no circumstances are private vehicles allowed to drive up the driveway to the house for drop off. All guests must disembark at the gated entrance on sidewalk level and walk up the driveway. Please wear comfortable shoes, the steep driveway is composed of brick pavers. This is a private residence and is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.
