This is a rare and sought after opportunity to set foot in the beautifully preserved estate of one of the most celebrated men in entertainment history. The iconic 12-room estate combines elements of Tudor and French Normandy styles and includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a screening room, a gym room with sleeping porch, and a pool and pool house, among other details.
Ghosts and Legends of Walt’s Real Haunted Mansion (16+ only) 1.5hr $150
Get the best of both worlds. Learn of the home’s famous former occupants and its fantastic history as well as its current other-worldly occupants. From sensational LA tragedies, to the Sowden House with its ties to the Black Dahlia, to the spectral figures seen in Griffith park just behind the property. Few neighborhoods in Los Angeles have a more ghoulish history. Apart from being the prominent estate of entrepreneur and beloved filmmaker Walt Disney, it is also the former residence of the victims of an infamous Hollywood tragedy.
Because of the graphic nature of some of the content, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted on the ghost tours even with a parent or guardian present.

The street is extremely narrow, and neighborhood parking is rare. There is absolutely no event parking permitted at the home. DO NOT drive your vehicle up the driveway. ALL guests must park offsite. We are not responsible for the security or safety of your vehicle; please follow all local parking ordinances.
CONSIDER LYFT OR UBER: The closest public parking lot that will allow you to leave your vehicle long enough for this event is Best Buy at 2909 Los Feliz Blvd. It’s located just across the street from the Tam O’Shanter restaurant. This is an approximate 10-to-15-minute drive with low traffic. Please adjust accordingly if traffic is heavy and allow plenty of time to book your ride share. Under no circumstances are vehicles allowed to drive up the driveway to the house for drop off or pick up. All guests must disembark at the gated entrance on sidewalk level and walk up the driveway.

Guest will be invited to join us in 60 or 90 minute (depending on your ticket type) time blocks commencing with your corresponding tour start time. Tour groups will consist of 15 guests. Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to make up what they missed on the by joining a later tour, (no exceptions will be made).

This is a privately owned historic residence that is not wheelchair accessible. It is a multi-level home with over 30 stair steps, which you will need to climb and descend. A major portion of the tour takes place on the second floor.

Photography and video are strictly prohibited inside the home. However, you may take photos and videos in front of the home, on the veranda, and in the back lawn and gardens.

Under no circumstances are tickets refundable or transferable to other dates.
Under no circumstances are private vehicles allowed to drive up the driveway to the house for drop off. All guests must disembark at the gated entrance on sidewalk level and walk up the driveway. Please wear comfortable shoes, the steep driveway is composed of brick pavers. This is a private residence and is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.
